Is there a free trial available for the software?
Yes, we offer a free trial for 14 days.
What happens after the free trial period ends?
After the 14-day free trial, the SURAP plugin will prompt you for activation.
What are the system requirements for the software?
There are no specific system requirements for our software, but you must have Revit installed on your system to utilize the SURAP plugin.
How often do you release software updates?
We have one major software update per year, accompanied by regular updates to our functions and databases.
Is customer support included in the subscription?
For our early adopters in 2024, support is free of charge for the first 6 months after activating their license. After that, you will receive 3 free support tickets per annual license. Additional tickets can be booked.
How is user data stored and protected?
We prioritize your privacy. We do not store any data related to the models you're working on. Further information can be found in our privacy policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we only accept bank transactions. After selecting a plan, you will receive an invoice via email. Once you've made the transaction and we confirm the payment, your license will be activated automatically. You will then receive a confirmation email.
What languages does the SURAP plugin support?
The SURAP plugin currently supports English and German.
Are there licenses available for multiple devices?
Yes, for multi-device licensing needs, you can select a custom plan. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and get a tailored solution.
How can I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are not automatically renewed. We will contact you by email before your subscription expires to ask you if you wish to renew your subscription and inform you of the cost of renewing your subscription.
Are there any extra fees associated with the software?
There are no extra fees, except if you are in Germany. In that case, there is a VAT of 19% applied.
